I went under contract with these good folks to demolish an existing structure and replace it with a brand new 2 bedroom high end modular home. When the pandemic hit, it severely impacted the costs and schedule of modular homes. Manny approached me and offered to stick build the same house at the same cost. I was skeptical he could do it but I agreed. I have to say I was thrilled with the process and the outcome. Everything was done on time and and on budget. Construction quality and attention to detail was outstanding in every way. This was a great overall experience dealing with this company, They clearly take pride in their work and relationship with customers. I can't recommend them enough!"

Been living in my Economy Modular home for just over six months now and I love it. I designed the layout myself in a free cad program. Manny worked some magic and basically made my design happen almost exactly as I drew it up! Basically have total custom house even though it is a modular. The homes efficiency is amazing as well! I was paying almost FIVE TIMES the utilities to heat and cool my old home that had close to half the square footage. The savings alone is about 1/3 my mortgage! Very happy to be a Economy Modular's home owner!

I was looking for a credible contractor to build my home. My design experience was pretty easy even during COVID. When they said they were going to be here they were here. The quality of the build was above and beyond actually. The material was top notch, he definitely didn't spare any money to get me exactly what I wanted. I don't think I would change anything, It was a delightful experience. I am an electrical contractor myself and I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years he is probably one of the easiest contractors I have worked with in my 30 years in the business.
We used Vision Construction & Design for our new roof and wish we would of contacted them sooner. After calling many other companies we were happy with the follow up and pricing. The crew was polite, clean and efficient. Both the work and the service were impeccable. I highly recommend!
